Discussion cont.

Thanks everyone. Thanks so much for contributing to Discussion. That went well. But don't worry. My brother is a movie genius. He watches every movie every made and says to go see Kong. So we'll see it over the holidays. My brother rules. Visit his band's website.
DARYL
D.a.r.y.l. stands for Data Analyzing Robot Youth Lifeform and is an excellent film. Daryl's seen that one too.

Help Wanted

I was checking the news on cnn.com today, and found an interesting article for anyone around Lafayette Louisiana next week. If I were there I think this would be hilarious to participate in.

Discussion

OK. Family Stone was worth seeing - more of a tear jerker than I was expecting...but good all the same. Fun with Dick and Jane comes out soon, and so does Cheaper by the Dozen 2. So is King Kong worth the 3 hours of my life? I didn't see it this past weekend (contrare to previous posts) and will have serious movie choices over the holidays. Where will Kong rank? Someone tell me.

++++I watched Kong on the 26th. IT ROCKED! I don't need anyone to comment now. It was really really really good and totally worth seeing. Loved it. Loved. It.

Thank You Blog World

Work is totally dead. Not much to do that is worth while. Either the rest of the business world is out for Christmas, or all ready has my work number sent straight to thier voice mail. I have left 11 voice messages today. Boo. I'm about to eat lunch and it's only 11:15. At this point I'm leaving at 3. I wish someone else was here. It's basically just me and a few IT guys. Everyone else is out for the next two weeks, but I only have next week off so have to figure out what to do this week...

So thank you blog world for filling up my time. I have learned that Sunshine and Rope Swings is going to Chicago too!! Sweet! More people to hang out with. Calling all rowers for a New Years Eve Row. Cassi is just so good at posting at our alumni blog. We love you Cassi. But I don't speak french well enough to know what the hell you are talking about.

So this post is about nothing other than the fact that other blogs are more interesting than mine...so if you need something to do (as those who visit my blog are usually looking to fill some time void), then check out the blog-star column to the left.

My Weekend...

26.2

Because you are at "ReeIsMe" you get to know all about Ree. So here are pictures from the Philly Marathon 3 weeks ago. The beginning was the best. I kept up with Bart for a whole 0.5 miles!

This picture is at the beginning of the marathon - when I was feeling pretty strong and people where handing me brownies and gummy worms just for running! Wow.

This one is much later in the race so I'm not feeling so hot but I am not yet hating life (that came at mile 20). It is awesome becuase it is right across of boathouse row. We were all along the river - ran right by the grandstands and the island. Really made me appreciate rowing. There was lost of neat scenes of Philly the whole way...

If I were to update my blog again...

I wouldn't apologize for not updating.
1 - my life isn't interesting nor do I keep up with any interesting news to post.
2 - I'm a working gal with lots to do! Miami...then Texas - while working in the office in between. Not much time for the internet. Working 8-5 does not give me time to blog. Too much to do and I have a crappy monitor.

But the storm has calmed down and I can entertain you all again. I'll work really hard at this post for you.
5 interesting things I've done since the last post. I don't post about work, so it won't be about my traveling.
1 - Went Ice Skating at centennial Park followed by (a) drink at the top of the Westin - the revolving bar. Very fun. I love my friends.
2- Saw "Narnia" ...and...well...it was ok.
3- Went grocery shopping only to come home and realize that Shelly had just gone as well. So we now have 2 milks, 2 french vanilla creamers, 2 loafs of bread, and 2 crates of clemontines.
4- Not learned how to spell clemintines.
5 - Am about to have dinner at The Pie Bar. I've been wanting to go and am excited to see what this bank-turned-sports bar will be like.

Ok, so there is a nice update. I have some fun links I need to add to the left.
